NO!!! Life doesn't work that way. Stop by anytime we're open. Our commitment to our consignors is to get your items on your account the same day they come in. So the earlier in the day you can make it in, the more of your items we'll be able to accept.
I'm really in a rush, do I have to stick around?
Yes, our process is very quick and should only take 5-10 minutes to review your items while you shop. Follow our "Drop-off Procedures" to make sure you time here is as quick as possible.
What are you taking?
All Seasons. All the time! Check the Consign With Us tab to see a full list of everything you can bring.
How much and how often can I drop off?
30 Clothing items per drop and unlimited everything else! You can drop off once per day.
Do you limit sizes or brands?
We take sizes Preemie through 14/16 in kids clothing and outerwear, Juniors sizes XXS-Large and up to size Youth 6 in shoes. We do NOT limit brands. We think that it's important to have clothing available in all budgets. But, keep in mind that better brands sell better.
What kind of condition do the items need to be in?
Items must be in excellent condition. Please bring your items laid flat in a box, basket or tote. Make sure that clothing is right-side out. We ask that they be in good condition overall. We can't sell anything with rips or stains or anything that is overly wrinkled. Also, double check that all zippers are working and that any velcro still has it's stick left. Trash bags will be rejected.
I don't know how much my things are worth!
That's OK, we do all the pricing and tagging for you.
How much do I make and how long does this take?
We promise your items will be on the floor for at least 60 days, usually longer. You will earn between 30% and 60% of what your items sell for, depending on their original price in store.
How do I get paid?
Consignors can use their account credit in the store to purchase items or take a check at any time. Payments will be made via check upon request in store.
What if I don't want any money and just want to donate my items?
Great! We love helping out our community just as much as you do. That's why we've created our "community account". You can let us know that you'd like to consign all or some of your items to our community account and we will assign the proceeds from your items to help out families in need. Just keep in mind that we aren't a drop-off site. The same guidelines for consigning hold true for our community account items.
What if I want my things back?
We have 4 quarterly clear out sales. If you want your items back, let us know when you drop them off and we will contact you after the seasonally appropriate clearance sale for you to retrieve your items.
